Summary: Although the hotel is right across the airport, the noise is very minimal and tolerable. The room is very spacious and bathroom as well. But needs more attention to detail in cleaning like AC has pieces of sausage patty in the ac vent. The down comforter layer has no duvet cover so stains are showing that looks like dirt streaks. There’s a flat sheet blanket underneath which is clean. There’s only 1 trash small bin in the room but none in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly! Free breakfast with good selection of food! Lots of parking. Close to many restaurants, shops, gas station, grocery store. Walden Mall is 10mins away and great mall. Many places to see and short distance drive. Will recommend and will come back to stay when in Buffalo!

Summary: Check-in time was 4:00 p.m. I showed up shortly after 5:00 p.m.,my room was not ready. Guy was short and lacked politeness or empathy.. Just "we are short staffed, sorry" (in a cold manner). He called cleaning ladies while I waited. 10 minutes later I walked over to him asked him what was going on because I had somewhere to be in about an hour. He called back the cleaning ladies upstairs and told me he'd get back to me I went over to the little waiting area and about 5 minutes later he said my room was ready. I highly doubt a room can be cleaned, as well as a Jacuzzi tub, within a matter of less than 5 minutes. So I get up to the room the bed looks like the sheets were just thrown back on it. You could see where the mop hit the floor because it was still slightly wet, about 1/5 of the entire floor was mopped. There was a long dark hair in the jacuzzi tub. Sticky something on the floor. I did ask the cleaning ladies to change the sheets kindly. They did as I asked and were very polite I respect them. Sink did not drain. Tears and stains all over the fold-out couch. Stains on lamp shades remote broken. Closet doors did not stay closed. Mold and water around the shower floor entrance. Fecal matter was still stuck to the edge of the toilet bowl. I used to stay at this hotel about 6 years ago or so and it was much more pleasant then. The bed was comfortable to sleep on.. My kids also agreed with that. But I would not choose this place again.

Summary: Sleep Inn is right next to the airport. Perfect if u are taking a flight out as they offer shuttle services. Room was good. The sink is outside the washroom which may work great if there are many people but can be disturbing if the other person is asleep. Coffee is available 24 hours which is great. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would highly recommend.

Summary: I stayed there three nights to visit my family as I was originally from Buffalo. The microwave was broken, my door did not lock, however maintenance fixed it quickly, spiderwebs were in the corner of my room. Dated but did its job. Breakfast was really good that I do give them. I doubt I would stay there again if I could find other places, roughly the same price.

Summary: Hotel didn't look like much but it turned out to be fantastic. Extremely comfortable, everything in good shape. And very close to airport. Exactly what you want in an airport hotel!

Summary: The place is clean and well kept. However, the beds are uncomfortable. There appears to only be one luggage cart on the property and it was in use when we arrived. The man who checked us in was not very outgoing. And there is no body wash in the shower, which is practically unheard of in 2025 for a hotel at this price point.

Summary: This location has no pool, so it looks like the kids get in the hot tub, (soup de jour: ode de child), and it was not hot - it was cooling bath water about 90 degrees, and lots of stuff floating in it. The rooms were ok, the ac did not have a thermostat, so it didn't brown out and ran quiet all night. Other than that one detail, the sleep inn in Amherst is way nicer, cleaner, and the kids don't get in the hot tub, so it's clean and hot. .
